Hotel facilities is very good .Swimming pool ,Gym is very beautiful . Easy location to catch Concierge always helping for me .Bellman doing good job for me Daya ,Rajat Morshed ,Riyaz & Denzil. Your I will recommend to my friend .......Thank you

We (my two friends and me) booked online (hostelworld I think) and checked the check-in times, as we were arriving late. Once we arrived, everything was closed and no reception was open. Other hostel guests helped us to enter the hostel and helped us to find our beds. We went for dinner and as soon as we were back, we were told that we occupied already booked beds...it turned out that the receptionists didn’t check the online booking requests. Thankfully the owner of the hostel came to the location and found us our beds and gave us new bedding. It turned out that that night, he fired all the old receptionists and from that evening onwards renovated the whole hostel (new showers, new common area, new kitchen,...). This turned out to be one of our best hostel stays! It was incredible cheap, clean, welcoming and chill. The included breakfast was fine, nothing too special. We managed to rent motorcycles and book our ferry to Koh Phi Phi at the end of our trip with no problems! I would recommend arriving at this hostel during daytime, to avoid any problems.

Just an awful experience with the woman that works and lives there. I booked via booking and had a friend that made a separate booking too. As we got into Thailand on a late flight, we asked if check-in was available at 10 p.m.; we received instructions to access the building and find our respective beds. As we are still asleep the next morning, the aforementioned woman pulls back the curtain and asks if I will check out. I tell her I have booked for three nights and she requests payment. I tell her I am not dressed nor fully awake, thankfully she leaves. At reception I again tell her of my booking and still she requests proof of it. Upon showing her the email of booking.com, I proceed with payment but she does not have change. So I break up my currency later in the day and pay. I receive an email from booking.com asking why i had not turned up at the hostel. I protest my innocence and tell them I am literally using the hostel's wifi to email them. (Later I find out the hostel cancelled my booking to get the total amount to themselves). As I had booked an early boat to the islands, I ask the previous afternoon for an early check out at 730 a.m. and whether it's possible to get breakfast early. (The breakfast usually starts at 8). The younger lady and the owner agree to both requests. The next morning at 730 a.m. I proceed to the basement to get two slices of toast only to be shouted at by the older female staff member living there. In broken English that it's not time for breakfast and I have no right. Upon trying to reason with her, she starts shouting more. I give up and as my toast was ready, I quickly ate. As I am leaving to get my luggage she is cursing, again I say nothing. I leave my key on the pillow and use the other entrance to leave in order not to see that horrid person. In addition to the above, the A.C. was not switched on one night until the lady (I use the term loosely) above, came home at midnight. (It goes on at 6 p.m. usually). Staying in the dorms without A.C. was like being in a sauna and I was getting bitten by mosquitoes. The bathrooms needed a better clean. I was charged so much more than my friend staying in the same dormitory. (Possibly a night's rate online as the hostel cancelled my booking but I didn't check). In all, I really wished I had gone elsewhere. The other staff members and owner were good but as for the other one........ As for being in Phuket town, the action is in Patong and beyond. Not much to do in this area.

I saw a rat when I arrived:(. I left immediately from there. Good position, in the middle of Phuket old town, a lot of bars. restaurants, shops in that area. I booked a taxi to pier from there with 200 thb.

Absolutely awful- we checked in here after traveling for almost 24 hours and initially it was nice- we were given some tea. However, once we were shown our room, we were shocked at the filth everywhere. The bathrooms were disgusting, the place was HOT, and there was an awful smell. We immediately decided we could not stay, and went downstairs to let them know that we were leaving. On our way down, a little rat scampered across the hallway. As we only checked in about 20 minutes ago, Booking.com told us we could cancel and get a full refund but the lady downstairs flat out refused. We ended up having to stay downstairs for two hours arguing with the staff and personally calling the owners before we were given our money back. Absolutely filthy, rodent-infested place that really should be shut down.
